Minor Update v0.21.2 Released – BeamNG.drive

Today we prepared another small batch of fixes related to the release of v0.21. Most notably, the issue with Force Feedback has been addressed. Unfortunately, this is linked to the Remote Control App fix, which had to be reverted. We will investigate and restore functionality of the Remote Control App in a future hotfix.

Smaller fixes have been implemented to reported issues with UI, vehicles, and audio. Full list of changes can be found below.

• Fixed missing rod bearing damage audio to all vehicle engines

  • Fixed missing doppler setting for horn and increased the volume.

Render

• Fixed light scoring for translucent materials causing flickering

UI

• Added warning if uploading a screenshot to BeamNG Media with online features disabled

Misc

• Alternative recovery now always puts the vehicle right side up
