Some more minor tire model improvements

Spent all day today re-tuning all the tires… again. The handling is a bit sharper and more realistic, and cars seem to align better (less veering, better tracking). Bolide’s veering problem is gone. Will probably end up spending a lot more time on the tires tomorrow. We also found some drivetrain bugs which we hope to fix. Tire model is never finished…
